Mathematische Forschung auf der Schnittstelle von Theorie und Anwendung ist unsere Mission. Hierbei repräsentiert das Department of Mathematics der School of Computation, Information and Technology an der Technischen Universität München die volle Breite: von grundlegenden Gebieten der reinen Mathematik bis hin zu mathematischen Anwendungen in den Ingenieurfächern, der Computer­wissenschaft, Life Sciences, Finanzen, Datenanalyse und mehr. Darin sind wir in Europa führend.
