Impostor Syndrome

FACETS |

On 13 December we will meet virtually for the next FACETS event. The topic will be the Impostor Syndrome. Everyone from PhD students to professors is welcome!

Event by the FACETS initiative

The Impostor Syndrome is concerned with people's doubts about their talents or accomplishments, despite evidence of their competence, and the fear of being exposed as a "fraud". We encourage you to check this short, informative TED-ED video.

It will be the topic of the next FACETS event on Monday, 13 December from 12:00 (noon) to 13:15. Everyone (general staff, PhD students, postdocs, professors) is welcome!

The meeting will be held in our gathertown virtual lunchroom, so feel free to combine it with your lunch. The link is available upon request under facets@ma.tum.de.

A similar FACETS event was held as a first meeting within Women in Math@TUM and hence was not open to everybody.
