Candidates for Ph.D. positions should hold a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics or a similar subject with a proven strong background in numerical methods for differential equations, probability theory, statistical modelling, or equivalent. Experience with Uncertainty Quantification is beneficial. Programming experience in Python, C/C++, Matlab or equivalent and proficiency in English (written and oral) is essential.
